10. Comments

Comments and other content submitted to our anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

11. Note To California Residents

If you live in the State of California, under the California Civil Code, you have the right to request that companies who conduct business in California provide you with a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed Personal Information during the preceding year for direct marketing purposes.

This Privacy Policy is subject to change and although most changes are likely to be minor, POWER OF WEBINARS may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at POWER OF WEBINARS’S sole discretion. POWER OF WEBINARS encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have an account with POWER OF WEBINARS, you should also check your dashboard for alerts to these changes. Per the current FTC guidelines, we are in the process of collecting results data from the POWER OF WEBINARS members in order to be able to define the “typical” or “average” experience of our members. While we collect that data, we are may share unique stories of individual POWER OF WEBINARS attendee, user, participant, client member and customer. None of these stories in any way represent the “average” or “typical” POWER OF WEBINARS online or offline experience.
